We have approximately 600-700 lymph nodes in the human body which filter out bacteria, viruses, toxins and cancer cells and other foreign substances. Blocked lymph glands can result in fluid build up.

 Manual lymphatic drainage massage  supports your body’s natural detox process by helping to flush out excess fluid, toxins and waste products. As well as having powerful cleansing properties its relaxing and pain relieving and has immunological effects.

 In its manual form it is a gentle, flowing, rhythmic massage.

With repeated treatments it is effective in the treatment of wide variety of problems, oedema, skin disorders, headache, sinus congestion, sprains, aches, stress and digestive problems and aids with water retention which may lead to a slimmer appearance.

As a qualified aromatherapist I use essential oil blends to enhance the treatment and aid the drainage of the lymph glands.
